Scylacops bigendens

Taxonomy
Sycocephalus bigendens was named by Brink and Kitching (1953). Its type specimen is BP/1/266, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sondagsriviershoek, which is in a Wuchiapingian terrestrial horizon in South Africa.

It was recombined as Scylacops bigendens by Sigogneau-Russell (1989).
