Pseudophyllites pyrenaicus

Taxonomy
Desmoceras pyrenaicum was named by de Grossouvre (1894). Its type specimen is MNHN.F.J06175, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Road from Sougraigne to Les Croutets (Marnes Bleues), which is in a Coniacian carbonate marl in France.

It was recombined as Pseudophyllites pyrenaicus by Kennedy (1995).
