Jouaniceras sicardi
Taxonomy
Lytoceras sicardi was named by de Grossouvre (1894). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sougraigne (Marnes bleues entre bancs à Hippurites cornucopiae), which is in a Santonian marine marl in France. It is the type species of Jouaniceras.
It was recombined as Jouaniceras sicardi by Kennedy (1995).
