Taxonomy
Ergilemys vialovi was named by Ckhikvadze (1984). It is not extant. Its type locality is Andarak 2, which is in a Ypresian terrestrial horizon in the Alai Beds Formation of Kyrgyzstan.

It was recombined as Hadrianus vialovi by Danilov and Averianov (1997).
