Taxonomy
Neoglyphioceras latum was named by Kuzina and Yatskov (1990). Its type specimen is PIN 4006/602, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Posudnyy Creek, Novaya Zemlya, which is in a Pendleian marine horizon in the Russian Federation.
