Diagnosis
Reference | Diagnosis | |
---|---|---|
T. Iredale 1935 | The small sculptured species are very distinct from the larger smooth forms of Lachryma, and, as they are seen to be represented in the fossil state as Eratopsis from the Miocene of Austria, the tropical recent species are here separated. The nodulation makes the species easily recognisable, but when this is subobsolete the apertural characters distinguish them. |
