Uralocynodon tverdokhlebovae
Taxonomy
Uralocynodon tverdokhlebovae was named by Tatarinov (1987). Its type specimen is SGU 10489/308, a mandible (Left dentary), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Blyumental-3, PIN 2896, locality 58 of Tverdokhlebov et al. 2005, which is in a Severodvinian/Vyatkian deltaic sandstone/conglomerate in the Kutuluk Formation of the Russian Federation.
