Sinopalaeocossus longicaulis
Taxonomy
Quadraticossus longicaulis was named by Wang and Ren (2007). Its type specimen is CNU-H-NN2006094, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Daohugou (CNU 2006 collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China.
It was recombined as Sinopalaeocossus longicaulis by Chen et al. (2016).
