Locustopsis rhytofemoralis
Taxonomy
Locustopsis rhytofemoralis was named by Gu et al. (2016). Its type specimen is CNU-ORT-NN2011010, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Daohugou (CNU 2011 collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Jiulongshan Formation of China.
