Carlclausus emersoni
Taxonomy
Carlclausus emersoni was named by Schram et al. (1986). Its type specimen is NHMW 1985/44/1, an exoskeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Clay Pit, Engelbostel, Hannover, which is in a Hauterivian offshore claystone in Germany. It is the type species of Carlclausus.
