Prohyracodon parvum
Taxonomy
Prohyracodon parvum was named by Dashzeveg (1991). Its type specimen is PSS 27-14, a maxilla, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Khoer Dzan (Sevkhul), which is in an Eocene terrestrial horizon in the Ergilin Dzo Formation of Mongolia.
