Taxonomy
Lysistrata burmensis was named by Liu et al. (2016). Its type specimen is NIGP 164040, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (NIGP collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
