Shensipus tungchuanensis
Taxonomy
Shensipus tungchuanensis was named by Young (1966). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is IVPP V3229, a footprint, and it is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Jiaoping coal mine tracksite (IVPP), which is in a Jurassic terrestrial sandstone in the Zhiluo Formation of China.
It was recombined as Anomoepus tungchuanensis by Xing et al. (2015), Xing et al. (2016), Xing et al. (2017) and Xing et al. (2017).
