Oxyaenoides lindgreni
Taxonomy
Francotherium lindgreni was named by Rich (1971). Its type specimen is MNHN.F.L-49-Ma, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mancy, which is in a Ypresian terrestrial horizon in the Sables a Unios et Teredines Formation of France. It is the type species of Francotherium.
It was recombined as Oxyaenoides lindgreni by Solé et al. (2014).
