Trigonopis morgani

Taxonomy
Astarte (Opis) morgani was named by Trechmann (1923) [TYPE REPOSITORY: Trechmann Coll., BMNH]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ohineruru Bay, Totara Peninsula, Kawhia (R15/f8027), which is in an Oxfordian marine sandstone in New Zealand.

It was recombined as Astarte morgani by Marwick (1953); it was recombined as Trigonopis morgani by Gardner and Campbell (2002).
