Martiniopsis salaria

Taxonomy
Mentzelia salaria was named by Reed (1944). Its type specimen is GSI 17064, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Just N of Nanga Mirkalan, Salt Range, which is in a Wuchiapingian/Changhsingian carbonate limestone in Pakistan.

It was recombined as Martiniopsis salaria by Shen et al. (2016).
