J. D. Longstaff 1933Shell composed of about eleven whorls. Protoconch small, apex convex and raised; the three or four whorls immediately succeeding increase more rapidly than the later ones, which form an elongated slender spire. Adpression narrow and granulated, fine spirals on all the whorls crossed by slightly curved threads. Base flattened convex, not much produced. Aperture short, ovate.
