Elisama brevis

Taxonomy
Araripeblatta brevis was named by Mendes (2000). Its type specimen is UnG/1T-20, an exoskeleton (female complete body), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Crato, Pedra Branca quarry (UnG collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large carbonate in the Crato Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Araripeblatta.

It was recombined as Elisama brevis by Lee (2016).
