Triunfosaurus leonardii
Taxonomy
Triunfosaurus leonardii was named by Carvalho et al. (2017). Its type specimen is UFRJ-DG 498, a partial skeleton (3 caudals, chevrons & an ischium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Areias Farm, which is in a Berriasian/Hauterivian channel sandstone in the Rio Piranhas Formation of Brazil.
