Katastrophomena scotica

Taxonomy
Strophomena scotica was named by Bancroft (1949) [= 1871. Strophomena antiquata (J. de C. Sowerby) ; Davidson pars : 299, pi. 44, figs. 21, 11 only.]. Its type specimen is SMA 32194, a valve (pedicle internal mould), and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Katastrophomena scotica by Cocks (1968).
