Perisphinctes jubailensis
Taxonomy
Perisphinctes jubailensis was named by Arkell (1952). Its type specimen is SM F10802, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Locality 67, Wadi Birk (Aramco S-1633), which is in a Kimmeridgian carbonate limestone in the Jubaila Formation of Saudi Arabia.
