Diagnosis
ReferenceDiagnosis
F. Solé et al. 2018The species differs from D. europaeus, D. rougierae, and D. raslanloubatieri in having a lower but more mesio-distally elongated protoconid, at least on m2 (the only known molar). It also differs from D. europaeus, D. rougierae, and D. raslanloubatieri by wider talonids on p4 and m2, and the presence of individualized entoconids on p4 and m2. Dissacus filholi differs from D. blayaci by its smaller size (the latter is 38% larger) and the possible presence of an incipient metaconid on p4.
