Kallicossus ningchengensis

Taxonomy
Kallicossus ningchengensis was named by Chen et al. (2014). Its type specimen is STMN48-1475, a hindwing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Daohugou (STMN collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China. It is the type species of Kallicossus.
