Taxonomy
Bembidion (Eodontium) bukejsi was named by Schmidt and Michalik (2017). Its type specimen is Bukejs 012, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic amber, Andris Bukejs (Daugavpils University) collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Bembidion (Eodontium).
