Strophonella extensa

Taxonomy
Amphistrophia extensa was named by Northrop (1939). Its type specimen is YPM and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Northrop Locality 010. Mouth of Chouinard Brook, Gascons, which is in a Gleedonian carbonate limestone in the Gascons Formation of Canada.

It was recombined as Strophonella extensa by Кульков et al. (1985).
