Leangella (Leangella) sholeshookensis

Taxonomy
Leptelloidea sholeshookensis was named by Jones (1928). Its type specimen is GSM 37538, a valve (dorsal valve internal mould), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Exposure in Lower Cresswell farmyard, 2.5 km south of St. Clears, which is in a Rawtheyan marine mudstone in the Slade and Redhill Mudstone Formation of the United Kingdom.

It was recombined as Leangella sholeshookensis by Cocks (1978); it was recombined as Leangella (Leangella) sholeshookensis by Cocks (2014).
