Grimmenia prima

Taxonomy
Architipula (Grimmenia) prima was named by Krzemiński and Zessin (1990). Its type specimen is LG 202, a wing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Lehmhagen, near Grimmen (Zessin collection), which is in a Toarcian offshore shale in Germany. It is the type species of Architipula (Grimmenia).

It was recombined as Grimmenia prima by Kopeć et al. (2017).
