Grimmenia tillyardi

Taxonomy
Grimmenia tillyardi was named by Kopeć et al. (2017). Its type specimen is BMNH I.3328, a wing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Alderton Hill (Slatter collection), which is in a Falciferum marine limestone in the Whitby Mudstone Formation of the United Kingdom.
