Catazyga hicksi

Rhynchonellata - Atrypida - Anazygidae

Taxonomy
Zygospira hicksi was named by Reed (1905) [Zygospira Hicksi]. Its type specimen is SM A30862, a valve (dorsal internal mould), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cuckoo Grove Lane, which is in a Rawtheyan marine mudstone in the Slade and Redhill Mudstone Formation of the United Kingdom.

It was recombined as Catazyga hicksi by Copper (1977), Hiller (1980) and Cocks (2014).
