Taxonomy
Erotesis bessylenon was named by Melnitsky and Ivanov (2016). Its type specimen is SIZK G-9, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Rovno Amber, Rechitsa locality (SIZC G collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Belarus.
