Taxonomy
Hesperinia sinensis was named by Rong and Zhan (1999). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Zhuozishan, Wuhai City, which is in a Floian/Dapingian open shallow subtidal limestone/sandstone in the Sandaokan Formation of China.
