Nitotacarcinus bituberculatus

Taxonomy
Glyphithyreus bituberculatus was named by Collins and Jakobsen (2003). Its type specimen is MGUH 26794 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Trelde Naes (MGUH collection), which is in a Ypresian/Lutetian marine claystone in the Lillebaelt Clay Formation of Denmark. It is the type species of Nitotacarcinus.

It was recombined as Nitotacarcinus bituberculatus by Schweitzer et al. (2009), Schweitzer et al. (2010) and Schweitzer et al. (2018).
