Paralenorthis carlottoi

Taxonomy
Paralenorthis carlottoi was named by Gutiérrez−Marco and Villas (2007). Its type specimen is MGM 5973X−1, a valve (External mould of ventral valve), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bed A. Carcel Puncco Canyon, Inambari River, which is in a Floian marine sandstone in the San José Formation of Peru.
