Eomunidopsis orobensis
Taxonomy
Galathea orobensis was named by Ruiz de Gaona (1943). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Monte Orobe, near Alsasua (MGSB collection), which is in an Albian/Cenomanian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in Spain.
It was recombined as Eomunidopsis orobensis by Schweitzer et al. (2010), Klompmaker et al. (2012) and Beschin et al. (2016).
