Lepidomena multiplicata

Taxonomy
Lepidomena multiplicata was named by Popov et al. (2016). Its type specimen is NMW 2014.26G.56, a valve (dorsal internal mould), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Simeh-Kuh section, C-12. Unit L24, which is in a Darriwilian marine sandstone/siltstone in the Lashkarak Formation of Iran.
