Taxonomy
Ahtiella concava was named by Bates (1968). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 50 yds. north of Ty-bach Cottage, Bod Deiniol, which is in an Abereiddian carbonate horizon in the Bod Deiniol Formation of the United Kingdom.
