Taxonomy
Terebratula eusticta was named by Philippi (1836). It is extant.

It was recombined as Megerlia eusticta by Gaetani and Sacca (1985), Bitner and Martinell (2001), Bitner and Moissette (2003), García Ramos (2005) and Bertolaso et al. (2009).
