Taxonomy
Radiolichas davedaviesi was named by Adrain and Ramskold (1996). Its type specimen is ROM 50852, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lichidae, Cape Phillips Fm., Sheinwoodian part, BH sects., Baillie-Hamilton Is., which is in a Sheinwoodian slope packstone/wackestone in the Cape Phillips Formation of Canada.
