Taxonomy
Failleana magnifica was named by Chatterton and Ludvigsen (2004). Its type specimen is GSC 122147, a cephalon/head, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is AN6 280, which is in a Rhuddanian open shallow subtidal limestone in the Becscie Formation of Canada.
