Taxonomy
Anatoliadelphys maasae was named by Maga and Beck (2017). Its type specimen is AUJM 2002-25, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is AK-33 at Memlik, which is in a Lutetian terrestrial horizon in the Uzunçarşidere Formation of Turkey. It is the type species of Anatoliadelphys.
