Oecophylla taurica
Taxonomy
Oecophylla taurica was named by Perfilieva et al. (2017). Its type specimen is PIN 4204/32, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Malyi Kamyshlak, Kerch, Crimea (PIN collection 4204), which is in a Langhian marine shale in the Argun Formation of Ukraine.
