Taxonomy
Crotalocephalus struszi was named by Chatterton and Wright (1986). Its type specimen is AMF 65384, a pygidium, and it is a cast. Its type locality is Flirtation Hill, which is in a Zlichovian/Daleje marine limestone in Australia.
