Pachyrhynchus gosseleti

Taxonomy
Pachyrhynchus gosseleti was named by Dollo (1886). Its type specimen is I.R.Sc.N.B. No. 1563 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Erquelinnes, which is in a Ypresian fluvial gravel in the Tienen Formation of Belgium.

It was recombined as Euclastes gosseleti by Dollo (1888); it was synonymized subjectively with Lytoloma crassicostatum by Lydekker (1889); it was recombined as Lytoloma gosseleti by Dollo (1909); it was synonymized subjectively with Erquelinnesia planimenta by Moody (1980); it was recombined as Erquelinnesia gosseleti by Dollo (1887), Hay (1930), Zangerl (1971), Myers et al. (2018) and Evers et al. (2019).
