Pomatotrema transversum
Taxonomy
Pomatotrema transversum was named by Ulrich and Cooper (1938). Its type specimen is USNM 91710a, a valve (Ventral valve), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is about 4 miles east of Hennepin, which is in a Cassinian carbonate limestone in the West Spring Creek Formation of Oklahoma.
