Exallaspis acarescola

Taxonomy
Leonaspis acarescola was named by Howells (1982). Its type specimen is GSE 5776, an exoskeleton, and it is a mold. Its type locality is Lauchlan Burn, which is in an Aeronian marine sandstone/siltstone in the Wood Burn Grits Formation of the United Kingdom.

It was recombined as Exallaspis acarescola by Ramsköld and Chatterton (1991).
