It was recombined as Dalmania phillipsii by Barrande (1852); it was recombined as Kloucekia phillipsii by Delo (1935); it was recombined as Kloucekia phillipsi by Havlicek and Vanek (1966); it was misspelled as Kloucekia (Kloucekia) phillipsi by Hammann (1974).
