Taxonomy
Praelittorina sepkoskii was named by Nützel and Erwin (2004). Its type specimen is AMNH 46366, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lewiston locality, which is in a Sevatian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Martin Bridge Limestone Formation of Idaho.
