Arminisaurus schuberti
Taxonomy
Arminisaurus schuberti was named by Sachs and Kear (2017). Its type specimen is NAMU ES/jl 36052, a partial skeleton (Incomplete skeleton comprising the posterior section of the right mandibular ramus with the surangular, angular, prearticular and articular. Eight isolated teet), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bielefeld, type locality of Arminisaurus schuberti, which is in a Pliensbachian marine claystone in the Amaltheenton Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Arminisaurus.
