Macrobaena mongolica

Taxonomy
Macrobaena mongolica was named by Tatarinov (1959). Its type specimen is PIN 523-4, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Naran Bulak Quarry 1 [MPE], which is in a Paleocene alluvial fan sandstone in the Naran Bulak Formation of Mongolia. It is the type species of Macrobaena.
