Ilsanella enallaxa

Ilsanella enallaxa was named by Jacquet and Brock (2016) [Large, weakly cyrtoconic (approaching orthoconic) shell with tall profile, maximum shell height over 20 mm. Apex sub-central to eccentric (up to the sub-apical margin) with sub-apical surface expanding along a 60–78° angle. First order ornament consists of 7–9 uniformly rounded concentric rugae. Second order ornament consists of cross-hatch (reticulate) pattern formed by intersection of concentric and radial ribs (4–6 per mm).]. Its type specimen is SAM P50874, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Section AJX-N, sample AJX-N/318.5. 182.7 meters, which is in an Atdabanian reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks in the Ajax Limestone Formation of Australia.
